Brisket (Whole)

Ahhhh... our Brisket.  This cut is highly sought after by grill and smoker jockeys alike.  It is THE BEST cut of beef for amazing Barbecue.  Ours has medium to course grain to embrace all of the marinades, rubs, sauce and/or smoke that you want to use along with a perfect fatty cap to impart the succulent juices that will place your brisket above and beyond the neighborhood competition.  When cooked low and slow along with just the right amount of fussing (you have to be the judge of that!), this brisket will yield incredibly flavorful, tender, and mouth watering meaty perfection!
