Our flank steak is firm and juicy and offers a rich, meaty, robust flavor. It is a perfect for meals that call for a firm and flavorful, quickly cooked steak. As it is one of our firmer cuts, be sure to not overcook and cut it across the grain into thin slices. It can be cut either before or after cooking.
One of our favorite dishes is to marinate it overnight in a Teriyaki or Italian marinade then slice into 1/4 strips. We then either quickly stir fry or flash grill it on skewers until its just medium rare. Serve on rice or fresh pasta.
