Leg Quarter

Our chickens are all raised in a stress-free pasture with nutrient rich food and water.  When the weather isn't just right, we move them inside to stress-free indoor accommodations! Just as with our Beef and Pork, you can really taste the difference in our Poultry as well due to this natural/nurturing philosophy.  

These leg quarters include the thigh and drum stick.  The are skin-on, bone-in, natural, rich in lean protein and perfect for any recipe that you choose to use them for.  They can be cooked and served whole as a delicious main course or as part of any savory dish when cooked diced or ground.  They are the dark meat portions that have the robust full flavor that our chicken is famous for.  

Cooked on the grill, cook-top or in the oven - this is chicken you can feel good about serving.
