Pork Butt Roast

Just like all of our pork products, our Butt Roast is expertly butchered, well-marbled and packed full of the delicate and nuanced flavors that comes from raising the pork right in a stress free environment with natural food and pure water.  This roast can be cooked low and slow in a crockpot, smoker, oven or even on the grill.

Our gang is always torn on cooking one up.  We love a good Cuban sandwich AND pulled pork on a fresh bun equally.  Whether its brining the roast for a few days and slow roasting in the oven before cutting thinly across the grain into juicy slices for the Cuban or covering it with dry rub and smoking it low and slow then slathering on some savory sauce to finish it on the grill and then shredding it - we can never decide.  Sometimes we just do two and have the best of both worlds.  Our neighbors sure think so!
