All steak lovers seek a strip that is tender. One that delivers all of the extra beefy satisfaction that a "BONE-IN" cut should!!! One of our favorites, this cut fits the bill with rich marbling and medium texture.
Allow the meat to come to room temperature prior to cooking, rub with spices and oil, then sear and finish on a grill, a flat-iron or under a broiler. Let the meat rest under foil for 5-10 minutes and then serve. Delicious!
