Our favorite recipe is to marinate in vinegar, olive oil, garlic and fresh rosemary overnight. Remove from the marinade and then wrap each filet completely in bacon. Then sear on a high temperature grill. Reduce heat and let cook until the bacon is just getting crisp. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes. WOW!
