Our Top Sirloin is boneless and lightly marbled with a rich beefy flavor. Not as delicate and firmer than a ribeye or tenderloin, the Top Sirloin is the perfect choice as a larger cut.
Rub with spices and/or marinate. Then, cook a bit slower than other steaks. Also great to brine, marinate and/or rub with your favorite spices and then cook low and slow in your smoker.
