A larger cut than our ribeye, our Chuck Eye is virtually the same in regards to marbling, flavor, texture and tenderness. The rich beefy flavor will satisfy a larger appetite or many! Often overlooked as compared to the more expensive Ribeye, Chuck Eye is a great choice for a family meal or for entertaining.
When we get the old gang or the neighbors together for a cookout, this is our choice. We cook it exactly like a Ribeye, just a bit longer. We let it rest finishing it on the rare side of medium. We then slice thin across the grain and serve on a platter along with Kaiser rolls and all the fixin's for the most succulent steak sandwiches anyones ever had!
