This sausage is deliciously sweet and savory.
While these sausages can be use for any recipe that call for whole, chunked or sliced sweet Italian links, our favorite is the simplest. Grill them (or cook on a fat iron griddle) until the internal juices are boiling and the pork is cooked through. When they are fully plumped and still juicy, serve them on a fresh bun with sautéed peppers and onions. Add your favorite condiment or none at all. Bon Apetite!
