Our link sausage will bring back those fond memories of your favorite aunt's pasta sauce or those cookouts when you discovered that a great grilled sausage with peppers and onions always made you want another! Hand selected pork, spices and other premium ingredients all double ground and then stuffed into a natural casing which is segmented into perfectly sized links. This sausage is deliciously sweet and savory.
While these sausages can be use for any recipe that call for whole, chunked or sliced sweet Italian links, our favorite is the simplest. Grill them (or cook on a fat iron griddle) until the internal juices are boiling and the pork is cooked through. When they are fully plumped and still juicy, serve them on a fresh bun with sautéed peppers and onions. Add your favorite condiment or none at all. Bon Apetite!
